- Where can you pick us up?
 
- We can pick you up at your hotel or at Takayama Station. Please let us know what you prefer.
 
- Are all charges included in the tour fee?
 
- Parking lot fees, entrance fees, and tolls are not included. Please ask us and we can give you an estimate.
 
- Do you accept credit cards?
 
- We take MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like to pay by credit card.
 
- Can you help us with lunch or dinner reservations?
 
- Yes. If you tell us your budget and what you’d like to eat, we can make a reservation for you.
 
- Can you provide a wheelchair?
 
- Yes. We have wheelchairs available. Please let us know in advance.
 
- Can we create our own itinerary?
 
- Yes. Let us know where you’d like to go and we’ll help you create a tour.
 
- Can I make a reservation on the same day of the tour?
 
- Yes, but your car options may be more limited.  If you need an English-speaking guide, advanced notice is required.
 
- Do you charge for an English- speaking guide?
 
- Yes, we do. English speaking guides can be arranged for additional charge. Please note that our drivers cannot speak English.
 
- Can I extend the length of my tour?
 
- Yes.  We will adjust your rate according to the size of your car and the amount of time.
 
- Do you have a child seat?
 
- Yes.  Our child seat is suitable for children weighing up to 10kg.
 
- What is your cancellation policy?
 
- We charge 50% up to three days in advance and 100% on the same day of your tour.
