Frequently Asked Questions

Where can you pick us up?
We can pick you up at your hotel or at Takayama Station. Please let us know what you prefer.
Are all charges included in the tour fee?
Parking lot fees, entrance fees, and tolls are not included. Please ask us and we can give you an estimate.
Do you accept credit cards?
We take MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please let us know ahead of time if you’d like to pay by credit card.
Can you help us with lunch or dinner reservations?
Yes. If you tell us your budget and what you’d like to eat, we can make a reservation for you.
Can you provide a wheelchair?
Yes. We have wheelchairs available. Please let us know in advance.
Can we create our own itinerary?
Yes. Let us know where you’d like to go and we’ll help you create a tour.
Can I make a reservation on the same day of the tour?
Yes, but your car options may be more limited. If you need an English-speaking guide, advanced notice is required.
Do you charge for an English- speaking guide?
Yes, we do. English speaking guides can be arranged for additional charge. Please note that our drivers cannot speak English.
Can I extend the length of my tour?
Yes. We will adjust your rate according to the size of your car and the amount of time.
Do you have a child seat?
Yes. Our child seat is suitable for children weighing up to 10kg.
What is your cancellation policy?
We charge 50% up to three days in advance and 100% on the same day of your tour.
